The Beginning

I am thrilled to start this blog! It's something I've wanted to do for awhile, but just needed a little push from my dear sister. She and I are not only sisters, but best friends!

I am a child of God and I desire to live my life for the glory of God. My relationship to the Lord is very important and I desire to grow more like Him through the joys and trials He puts into my life. I believe that one of the best ways for me to glorify God is by joyfully honoring and serving my husband. Even in the daily (often hum-drum) routine: laundry, dishes, cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, I can serve God and my husband by having a willing and joyful heart.

My hope and prayer for this blog is that I will have an "outlet" to share my life, recipes, deals, prayer requests & praises and in doing that it will be a blessing to others and bring glory to God.
