16 weeks with Baby #3
Here is a baby belly shot for those of you who have asked! :) I hate that I haven't gotten around to getting pictures earlier because I want to remember these special weeks.
So far everything is going well with this pregnancy! I had some morning sickness (mainly just queasiness) in the first 13 or so weeks. Raw meat still grosses me out, but other than that, I'm really feeling good.
Levi has been waking up pretty early in the mornings lately, so I feel like I'm tired all the time. I'm hoping I'll get some more energy here pretty soon.
One thing I'm really struggling with this pregnancy is getting my workouts in. I truly believe that my consistent exercise helped me have endurance for my labor and delivery with Lily and Levi. I can't do my workout while they are awake because I don't want to step on them, so I try to do it during naptime, but lately I've had so many other things to do during naptime. If I wait until the kids go down at night, I'm completely out of energy. I'm hoping that chasing after two children counts as some sort of exercise! Lily will do squats with me and stuff like that, it's just the cardio on the dvd I'm not getting everyday like I did in my previous pregnancies. Now that it's getting cooler, I'm planning to start taking the kids for walks around the neighborhood. Pushing a double stroller definitely gets your heart rate up!
We'll be finding out the gender of the baby in about a month! I'm so excited!!

So glad to hear you are doing well and not sick. My morning sickness lasted forever with most of my babies. Can't wait to find out what you are having!
ReplyDeleteOh I'd scoot that way and watch them for you if I could. I know how it is for sure. The girls love to mimic me and act as perfect copy-cats. We've resorted to outside workouts; chasing Moma around the yard, acting like birds, you know...all the silly stuff. It's a pretty good workout. :) So glad you're feeling better though.
ReplyDeleteI totally understand how hard it is to find time to get workouts in! I don't like to do it when my babes are awake either and some days there are just too many other things to get done during naptime! Good luck with it!
ReplyDeleteGirl, you are definitely getting some exercise in chasing those two! LOL! It is much easier to get out and move around when it's cooler, so I'm sure you will here soon. You look great!
ReplyDeleteI think chasing the kids counts as exercise!! :)
ReplyDeleteI think getting out of bed and getting dressed at any time during pregnancy counts as exercise! :)
ReplyDeleteYou are looking great, girl! I can't wait to see the belly bump when it comes!
awww! congratuations!!! &&& pushing a double stroller TOTALLY counts as excercise. ♥
ReplyDeleteYou look fabulous!! Girl, just getting up with 2 kids is a workout and is building endurance!
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful, Kelly!
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful! And I definitely agree that keeping up with two kids is a pretty good workout!:)
ReplyDeleteOh yes...I think you probably get a workout lifting little Levi...and keeping up with two kids and a house! (:>) But I do know that walking is good. Just do what you can, and don't stress! (:>)
ReplyDeleteYou look great...and I am so excited for you! Baby #3 will be an additional blessing to your life, and I will be excited to find out the sex too.
Blessings!
