- I read my Bible and had my prayer time everyday
- I'm having trouble with the eating healthy foods...I've been so sick the last 3 days
- I drank about 10-12 glasses of water everyday and only had 1/2 a cup of coffee on 2 days
- Remembered to take my prenatal vitamin and supplements everyday
- Exercised 5 times this week
- Read a little each day in The Natural Pregnancy Book
- Rested only 2 days. I've got to work on that because I'm soo exhausted all the time!

Aww I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Maybe this won't help with eating healthy foods, but have you tried fruit/green smoothies? If you can stomach it despite morning sickness, it's a great way to get in lots of good stuff. Sometimes I even grind up some oats or flaxseed in there!

ReplyDeleteThanks for all your sweet comments, Kelly! The frames weren't hard to do at all--they just took a little time b/c I had to wait for them to dry between coats.
For the nausea you may want to try ginger capsules... they worked wonders for me, I had all day long sickness until around 17 weeks, and they are a natural remedy for nausea so very safe to take. Hope you feel better soon... but I always told myself when I felt sick that that meant my body was working the way it was supposed to in growing our babies!
