What talent! He is amazing! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeletethat was so much fun! haha people used to ask me that question allll the time. I never thought to answer that way... very clever! :)
ReplyDeleteOk, now I'm super curious where he studied music/violin at? 3 sisters in our church all studied violin at Cleveland, and it would be too weird if they knew each other!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing- your hubby is so talented. :) I played the violin for years... but now it's BEEN years and I'm not sure how I'd sound anymore. I truly always believed fiddles were tuned to a different key than violins... I have no idea where I got that notion. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat was great! I hope everyone "got it" ;)
ReplyDeleteNice job, Jacob!
ReplyDeleteHe plays a might good fiddle :)
ReplyDeleteWow! What a talent! I loved the music. Thanks for sharing.:)

ReplyDeleteWell, I really didn't know for sure that they were the same instrument. Maybe I did...but....I don't think so. That was awesome!
ReplyDeleteNow that made me miss hearing Mark play. (He hasn't played much since joining the USMC...obvious reasons LOL!) How fun to keep in touch with you guys. It's amazing to me that here we keep up with each other through blogging, and I forget that our husbands took violin lessons with the same teacher....life is a funny thing sometimes!
ReplyDeleteHa! Awesome! I think it's so funny...every time someone finds out that I play the violin, their first question is, "So, what's the difference between a violin and a fiddle?" Of course, I can't do a demonstration like this, because I'm not nearly that skilled. XD
ReplyDeleteLove it!

Girl, you are married to one talented man. I love the sound of a violin - but he can play a mean fiddle!
