It's so hard to believe it's Friday again! The weeks seem to be flying by so fast. Lily is already 7 weeks old! Wow.
This week I had a couple food fails:
Notice how the chocolate chips are no longer
chips but a
melted glob? Um, yes. Well, I accidentally left the bag sitting on top of the range when I had something baking. Oops! Thankfully I was melting some of them for the chocolate hearts in
this recipe, but I do still have part of the {now hardened} melted glob sitting in my cabinet!
I planned to make sweet potato fries to go with our supper the other night. But it didn't happen with these shriveled nearly rotten sweet potatoes that might or might not have been sitting in the cabinet for the last 3 months!
And just because I have to post a picture of Lily, here are a couple funny ones.
This "newborn" size hat is ginormous on her! haha.

Those faces are so funny. Ah the food fails. I have one regularly. A friend of ours made Japaneses for us a few weeks back. I love Japanese so I paid very close attention to what he was doing. And then just repeated what I saw. Fail! It was gross!

Such a sweet tiny little girl you have! My Lily was a chunker and hardly even fit in the newborn size -- I was so disappointed because I had so many cute clothes that never fit her. Maybe I should send them your way :)
