Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.
Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.
Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.
These verses are such a great reminder to me that I need to diligently keep my heart, mouth, eyes, and feet pure before God. I believe that these verses are the key to living a life of obedience to God...it all starts with the heart followed by a kind mouth, focused eyes, and feet walking on the narrow path.
Oh my word, those puppies are so cute! I agree with what you said, everything stems from the heart, therefore our hearts need to be pure, and everything else will follow.
