Today I am thankful that we had to get up early to go eat breakfast with my in-laws to celebrate my bro-in-law's birthday...otherwise we would've missed this beautiful sunrise!
Today I am thankful that my living room is such a mess...
...because it shows how God has abundantly provided for our needs.
Today I am thankful for odorless garlic and Emergen-C...
...because they have helped keep us healthy (so far) this flu season. Even though we have been around many sick children in the public schools and in 3 different youth orchestras.
Today I am thankful for this verse...
Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
Psalm 43:5
What are you thankful for today?

What a blessing all of those things are for Lily! God is so good to us and provides what we need and oftentimes more!
ReplyDeleteQuestion about the Emergen C....are ya'll taking it every day? I believe in that stuff too...I took it the last time I had a cold coming on and it went away! Yay!
what wonderful things to be thankful for today!! yeah for pretty sunrises and staying healthy :)
ReplyDeleteWhat on earth is going on with your living room young lady!? : )
ReplyDeleteYour blog is always so uplifting! Thanks, Kelly!
ReplyDeleteThe sunrise this morning was beautiful! Jacob thought it was a sunset which led Andrew to share that he thinks that the reason we call it a sunrise is because it happens when we are rising out of bed and a sunset is like when you sit down in a chair.
ReplyDeleteLove the post and the blog.
Charissa
Kids are so cute!
ReplyDeleteah, the garlic I have been taking this flu season isn't quite so odorless....
ReplyDeleteBut it seems to be helping!
I love this verse because it says that God is the health of our countenances, not our circumstances. :)
ReplyDeleteLove you!
